Working with Individuals
When working together, Tricia offers a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly about what you’re going through, without judgement or pressure.

She works with people experiencing anxiety, stress, overwhelm, and the impact of difficult or past experiences. Sessions move at your pace, allowing you time to explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that feels manageable.

How Tricia Works
At the heart of Tricia’s approach is person-centred talking therapy — helping you make sense of your experiences, understand patterns, and find a way forward. Where it feels helpful, she may gently introduce simple techniques to help you feel calmer and more grounded, particularly if anxiety feels overwhelming. These are always optional and guided by what feels right for you.

Tricia may also draw on approaches such as mindfulness or exploring early experiences, to help you better understand yourself and your responses.

This way of working can support you to:

-
feel less overwhelmed and more able to cope day to day
-
understand and manage anxiety more easily
-
make sense of past experiences and how they affect you now
-
feel more connected to yourself and your needs
-
respond to difficult emotions with greater ease
A Gentle, Collaborative Process
There is no “right way” to do therapy. Some sessions may focus on talking things through, while others may be more reflective or exploratory. Everything is led by you, with Tricia alongside you — offering support, guidance, and a space where you can begin to feel more like yourself again.
