Meet Tricia

Tricia gently supports individuals through emotional struggles, helping them rediscover their own strength and reconnect with a sense of empowerment.

Blending her background in Psychology, Counselling, mindfulness, and body–mind approaches, Tricia offers a calm, supportive space where you can begin to feel safe enough to explore, heal, and reconnect with yourself.

Her work is grounded, compassionate, and gently paced — allowing you to come as you are, without pressure or expectation.

Tricia is also a Reiki practitioner.

With over 25 years’ experience in mental health, Tricia has supported people facing a wide range of challenges, including severe mental health difficulties and substance misuse. She has also volunteered on helplines, offering support during some of life’s most difficult moments.

Through this work, she has seen time and time again that while talking is an important part of therapy, it is not always enough on its own. Our experiences can live not just in our thoughts, but in our bodies and nervous system — and lasting change often comes from working with both.

Tricia’s approach is also shaped by her own life experiences. After a difficult childhood, she came to therapy herself. Although she was able to talk openly about her past, something still felt stuck. It was only when she began to include approaches that helped her tune into her body, alongside talking therapy, that things started to shift.

This experience deeply informs the way she works today — offering a space that supports not just understanding, but genuine, lasting change.
