I have worked in the field of mental health for over 25 years, including supporting people with severe mental health issues and substance abuse. Clients have described me as having a warm and compassionate approach. I create a safe space for you to bring whatever it is that you want to work through, and I will not judge anything you share with me in our sessions.
Being an Integrative Counsellor means that I can share tools from various theories of counselling. I can also share strategies that are used in Mindfulness, these can be particularly helpful when working with anxiety.
